Job Role:
PrimeSoft is currently seeking Sales Executives to join our team and work under the guidance of the Senior Vice

President of Sales. The ideal person is self-motivated, has a breadth of IT knowledge, outstanding client

presentation abilities and possesses superior communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for

driving business development by identifying and establishing relationships with key decision makers within prospect

accounts.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven business development skills with a hunter mindset
  • Knowledge and understanding of information technology with 5+ years of prior IT staffing sales experience (will also consider experience in service-based technical sales)
  • Capability to expand PrimeSoft’s presence in the marketplace through networking organizations and events
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency in the full sales life cycle, from client prospecting and proposal development to client negotiation and closing
  • Capability to manage multiple client hiring needs
  • Willingness to establish effective relationships with clients and members of the PrimeSoft team
  • Ability to present recommendations and ideas clearly and to summarize complex issues
  • Expertise in exercising a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proactive approach to produce results
  • Required skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred). In lieu of a degree, relevant work experience with a minimum of 5 years of IT staffing/recruiting or technical service sales experience
  • Previous experience in selling IT consulting services, engineering services, network monitoring and management products preferred
  • Prior experience in selling to large corporations, local and state government preferred
