PrimeSoft is seeking Ruby on Rails developers with extensive experience in

1. Design, development and deployment of web applications based on Ruby on Rails (RoR) and PostgreSQL based on a set of requirements.

The selected candidate shall be a self-starter, highly self-motivated and work independently on identified modules and taking complete ownership.

Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skill and a positive attitude. Candidate should have had exposure to working with clients, and client driven projects.

Ideal Candidate should have

Extensive knowledge of Ruby (2.3) on Rails (4.2) (RoR)

Extensive knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, CoffeeScript, Slim, Ajax

Extensive knowledge in creating JSON based web services from Ruby on Rails (RoR) apps

Extensive knowledge on RSpec

Deployment on Linux servers

Extensive knowledge MVC architecture

Should have worked on enterprise class applications

Social Media Integration

RoR Performance tuning and scaling

Proficiency in using Active Record, Datamapper

Strong written and oral communication

Proficiency in Docker

Proactive and resourceful person who achieves with minimal oversight

Team player with the ability and desire to become an integral part of a fast-paced team

A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design

Good knowledge of relational databases

Managing code with Git

Good knowledge of Apache/Nginx
